We've upgraded the SBI Ticket Office's database. This new database utilizes relational design and makes data easy to find and display. This new database also utilizes this data to create useful reports for management in making decisions all while being extremely user-friendly. Some outcomes include increased sales (revenue), lower turnaround times and higher customer satisfaction. We also anticipate a higher participation in events and enhanced social, professional, and cultural experiences for university students and the surrounding community.
